SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground. If you need faster service please contact us and we will arrange the desired shipping. Normally, orders recieved Mon-Fri. by 3pm. EST will be shipped next day. Our policy is to give the fastest possible service. You will be notified if any purchases are backordered.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Merchandise shipped in error by the shipping department may be returned for credit if error is reported within ten days of invoice date. Return shipping will be credited or payed back to customer. Any other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NOTICE: Any carded merchandise which has been removed from the card, shop-worn merchandise, or special-ordered bows may NOT be returned. Merchandise kept over 30 days cannot be returned. On returnable merchandise call customer service for a "Return Authorization Number." This number must be placed on the outside of carton or merchandise will be refused. This Authorization Number must be used within 10 days. Customer is responsible for return shipment of any merchandise refused at time of delivery.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Any defective or warranty merchandise must be returned directly to manufacturer for repair or replacement. We will be happy to supply you with the manufacturer's address and phone number or any other assistance you may need. This policy allows the quickest turn around for product replacement and allows direct problem determination and correction by the manufacturer.
PRIVACY POLICY
Hunting Equipment Outlet requests information from you on your order form. To purchase from Hunting Equipment Outlet you must provide contact information such as name, shipping address, and credit card information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. Hunting Equipment Outlet is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Hunting Equipment Outlet will not sell, rent, or share this information to any third party outside of our company, other than to fulfill your order or inquiry.
